While it is students with whom we work directly, we recognize the important role played by faculty in supporting student writers at UVa. If you assign writing as part of the courses you teach, or if you supervise graduate students who are working on theses, we want you to know that we will work ethically with your students. Our co-directors are faculty in the Writing and Rhetoric Program at UVA. This program offers a wide range of first-year and upper-level courses in writing and rhetoric as well as a minor in Public Writing and Rhetoric.
